We provide medication management for psychiatric disorders. Conditions that have an effect on an individual’s cognition, emotions, mood, behavior, or interpersonal relationships, as well as their day-to-day functioning, are referred to as psychiatric disorders or mental illnesses. The severity of these disorders can range from moderate to severe, have a temporary or permanent nature, and interfere with one’s ability to deal with the problems of daily life.

ADHD

Difficulty focusing, hyperactivity, impulsiveness, short attention, forgetfulness, talkative, fidgety and gets bored easily.

Bipolar Disorder

elated, pressure speech, racing mings/flights of ideas, mood swings between mania (high energy) and depression.

Anxiety

Symptoms include excessive worry, fear, panic attacks, social anxiety, fatigue, and muscle tension.

Obsessive compulsive disorder

Repetitive thoughts (obsessions) and behaviors (compulsions).

Psychosis

( schizophrenia, medication/substance induced, schizo-affective), Distorted thinking, hallucinations, delusions, difficulty distinguishing reality, paranoia,

Depression

Symptoms include persistent sadness, loss of interest, fatigue, feelings of worthlessness, lack of motivation or interest, weight loss, decreased appetite, and insomnia.

PTSD

Following a traumatic incident, there is persistent distress. Some symptoms that may be present include nightmares, difficulty sleeping or staying asleep, and being easily startled or agitated. Recollections of the actual event become unwanted and intrusive. Individuals, places, activities, and circumstances are trigger factors.

Personality Disorders

(schizoid, schizotypal, borderline, Histrionic, Narcissistic, Avoidant, and dependent) Lacks trust and is suspicious of others, paranoia, likes to be alone, magical thinking, flat emotions, fear of being alone or abandoned, mood swings, negative self-perception and feels unimportant and unattractive, attention-seeking, and has fantasies about power, success, and being attractive to others.

Insomnia
